I’ve always been drawn to how businesses work behind the scenes; the structure, flow, and systems that allow everything to run smoothly. Even early on, I was fascinated by what makes an operation efficient, sustainable, and well-supported.

That interest led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, build a career in wealth management and operations, and spend more than 15 years in the financial services industry, including leadership and Vice President roles. Throughout my corporate career, I supported complex operations, developed and implemented systems, created SOPs, managed high-level client relationships, and worked within structured, compliance-aware environments. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how successful businesses operate and how quickly things can feel overwhelming without clear processes and reliable support.

In 2018, I launched KC & Co Studio to provide thoughtful, behind-the-scenes operations support for business owners who value organization, consistency, and calm. Since then, I’ve worked with clients across industries including financial services, e-commerce, and professional services, helping them simplify their backend, strengthen their workflows, and create systems that support both their business and their life.

Today, my work focuses on operational support for independent financial advisors and established solopreneurs who want dependable backend support without the pressure of managing everything themselves. I’m known for being steady, detail-oriented, practical, and someone you can trust to keep the moving parts organized and running smoothly.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom, and someone who values a slower, more intentional way of living. I believe businesses should support your life, not compete with it, and that having the right support behind the scenes makes all the difference.
