Before launching KC & Co Studio, I spent more than 12 years in the financial services industry, helping support and grow a multi-advisor wealth management firm through years of expansion, operational change, and continued growth.

As the firm grew, so did the need for stronger systems, documented processes, efficient workflows, and operational support. I experienced firsthand how important it is to have the right structure in place to support advisors, clients, and a growing business.

Today, I bring those experiences to independent financial advisors and small advisory firms, helping create organized operations, streamlined workflows, and dependable support that allows practices to operate more efficiently and serve clients well.

I'm known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and practical. I’m someone who can be trusted to keep the moving pieces moving while bringing structure and consistency to day-to-day operations.

When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with my family, cheering on my daughter at barrel races, enjoying life on our small farm, or dreaming up the next project.
